Families facing homelessness are often a single mother with two young children. Faced with increasing obstacles, including wage barriers to affordable housing, domestic violence, and diminishing employment prospects, many find themselves paying more than half of their income on housing.

Through Hamilton Families, our participant families receive holistic services that find solutions to safe and sustainable housing, financial stability, including workforce development, and strength and resiliency for every family member. Hamilton Families also connects each family with community services and resources ensuring they have the tangible and emotional support we all need when going through a rough time, and provides a buffer to future crises so the family remains housed.

Hamilton Families is opening doors for families experiencing homelessness. As a landlord, you hold the key to a home and can make housing a reality for families facing homelessness.
