The Family Services Intervention Program (FSIP) is a unique and important support mechanism to Hamilton Families staff, the families we serve, our programs, and the Agency.

FSIP provides coaching, training, and support to participant facing teams to ensure all service interactions are led by trauma-informed care principles and approaches.

The FSIP manager coaches and trains staff in strengths-based service practices and the use of best practice models to ensure families receive optimal support and partnership during their participation in Hamilton Families | Housing Services’ Rapid Re-Housing program. FSIP works closely with teams to develop strategic itineraries of focused discussions and training around key service delivery practices, crisis intervention and response, and effective case management frameworks and strategies.

FSIP is currently working on developing a programmatically coordinated series of participant workshops that are designed to close the gap of chronic homelessness barriers that interfere with healthy and sustainable stabilization.
