Hamilton Families has helped thousands of families experiencing homelessness in our community to improve and rebuild their lives.

Last year alone, Hamilton Families served 852 families in all our programs and services including 1,430 children. Our goal is to not only illustrate just how far your support took us this year in our work, but to impress upon you the urgency of your continued support. Only together, can we end family homelessness.
