Health & Safety Protocols at Events

It is essential that employees, production staff, participants, and audience members not enter the venue if they are unwell. We will make every accommodation possible in order for both employees and audience members to feel empowered to stay home if they feel unwell.

Hamilton Families is continuing to work with the State of California and City & County of San Francisco as we plan for our safe and successful return. As public health conditions and the State’s guidance for live events evolve, we will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols.

Guests who wish to enter The Pearl, known as “Venue,” to attend the Hamilton Families Benefit on October 6, 2022, will be required to follow the policies outlined herein:

  • Vaccinations required. Guests will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the Venue with their valid ticket. For more information, read the full details of the vaccination policy.

  • Masks are encouraged. Guests, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to wear face masks that cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. Masks will be provided at the Venue.

  • Health certification. By virtue of entering the Venue, guests are acknowledging that all the statements below are true the day they visit the Venue. If any of the statements are NOT true, guest should not come to the Venue and instead use the exchange and refund policy to re-schedule or refund their tickets.

  • Potential exposure notification. In the event of a potential exposure at the Hamilton Families Benefit on October 6, 2022, Hamilton Families will notify any guests potentially exposed to the best of its ability. Any guests who test positive on October 7, 2022, are encouraged to notify Hamilton Families at calton@hamiltonfamilies.org.

  • Air filtration. The Venue has HVAC systems in compliance with CDC guidelines for hospital-grade filtration, and have increased fresh outdoor air and air exchange to the greatest extent possible.
